We review 2D/3D drawings, tolerances surface requirements, material selection. and expected lifetime to ensure full technical clarity.

DFM & Moldflow Simulation
Draft analysis, wall thickness uniformity R-radius, filling pattern, air traps, weld lines,thermal hotspots

Mold Architecture Design
Define parting line, slider/lifter mechanism, ejector system, cooling channels, gating & overflow layout.

Material Preparation 04 & Heat Treatment
Tool steel cutting, rough lifter mechanism stress relief, hardness treatment (HRC 42-48 typical)

Precision Machining
CNC high-speed milling, WEDM slow wire-cutting, EDM spark erosion, grinding, bench fitting

Mold Assembly & Function Testing
Slider/lifter fitting, ejector alignment parting surface fitting, cooling circuit leakage test.

TO/T1/T2 Trial 07 & optimization
Trial shots, dimensional inspection, surface review, process parameter tuning, engineering changes if needed.

Final Approval & Production Handover
Mold documentation, QC records stable parameter sheet, and delivery arrangement.
